I am glad to see that privatisation of schools is part of your platform. We have reached the point where, when Copland becomes part of Ark Academy, we will have no locally democratically accountable secondary schools in Brent.
The fact that the local democratic body (Brent Council) is washing its hands of the issue is of great concern. I have serious concerns about equality of access to schools for all Brent groups, especially those with special educational needs or a disability in this situation.
